Start with motives, values and priorities

Changes you make in your home MUST work for you. Otherwise it’s likely you won’t sustain them or feel their benefits. Before getting stuck in to building works or serious energy monitoring you will need to understand your own feelings about why you want to make those changes. What matters to you? What sparks your interest or do you enjoy doing? What are your deeper concerns about the future? Searching for the right questions and discerning some answers personal to you will provide a solid foundation for changes that you make to your life and home. We’re all motivated by what matters to us, and we’re all different. To make this course work for you, it begins with looking at your motives, values and priorities and will help you understand and justify the choices you make in following weeks, months and years.
