This represents the amount of carbon emitted throughout the process from the beginning e.g resource extraction to how much carbon it uses to work it having driven the product home from the shop. You can look into embedded carbon, energy and resources but it can be difficult to get a thorough picture of who and what’s been adversely affected during the process of creation of a product. The best source that we have found for details on what’s behind the labels of companies and products.
